Methylphenidate needed to be tapered? Or methylphenidate can be stopped immediately? I took it myself for some urgent work

I've been taking olazapine 5 for five years because of bipolar. A month back my doctor added quetiapine for depression and insomnia. However I'm having trouble sleeping and visiting toilet few times a night. Can quetiapine also increase night time anxiety?

I feel agitated and angry and irritated after taking antidepressant which doesn't seem to improve my condition. Kindly help
