I have been anorexic for two months now, and I have chest and back pains. I also get weird periods, and I eat no calories.

I'm 18 and i've been having hot flashes a few times a week for about a month. im at a healthy weight and i also take 40mg adderall and have been since June. please give me tips on calming down form a hot flash and how to prevent them

I'm was supposed to get married on January 2018. However, my now ex-GF went on an out of town trip with her work colleagues without even consulting nor looping me in. I went havoc over the Messenger call that night. I scolded her and told her that I don't want to marry her anymore since I can't put my full trust her. I have suffering from weak memory anf top part odf head headache since 3 months

Last week i fell sick because of viral fever and i had to take 4 days leave from my office. And dur to this i had to skip 4 days of training and now my company has asked me to wait for another batch. And to clear that i have to give another round of interview and clear it, because of my health i cannot continue eith the current batch and i had to wait without any salary. Cant i fell sick and i requested my HR that i will put extra effort to clear that training which i missed but they are not ready to listen to it. And from past 3 days i am contacting my trainer for help but he is not responding to calls and msgs. Please help i dont know what to do i feel like dying because i have lost all hope
