My brother is acting differently since last year . He's been having this "delusion " that my father and sister has inappropriate physical relationship ( And I know its not like that). Now my brother behavior changed , he speaks harsh and badly to every family member even my parents and even try to physically harass my sister .

I have been thinking about anything at any time .whole day i feel very nervous, feel pain and fatigue. Last 1 month i have been suffering from diarrhoea.

I feel very weak, less energetic and sleepy. However i am not able to sleep early at night. Due to this i wake up late and still feel sleepy whole day long. My brain doesnt work well, i make silly mistake,having diffulty in concentrating.

I haven't always been this way, but for the life of me, I could not tell you when this started. It has been going on for several years and is progressively getting worse. I jump at everything. I get startled when someone walks around the corner, or knocks on the office door, or when my husband clears his throat. Doesn't matter the noise or situation, I jump out of my skin and scream. Screaming like someone is attacking me. My thyroid is fine, I had it checked a few months ago. Any suggestions?

If I'm alone at home I can't sleep, I can be alone no matter how long, but I can't sleep at night. If some one is beside me then I can sleep. I have spent many sleepless nights.
