I have migraine . And now I m going through stress and feeling very low and doesnt want to be social feel like being alone

I'm a 21 year old female. I think I might be depressed and socially anxious. I've been like this for the past 5 years. I self harm almost everyday. Of late, it's getting to much to bear. I cannot go out in public because I'm afraid of crowds. I cannot even do small things like ordering food from a shop. I panic so much that my heart starts beating so fast and sometimes I start feeling dizzy. My hands start trembling and my legs feel like giving up. I have no control over it. I feel empty most of the time. I do feel happy but it does not last longer. I have these voices in my head that keep telling me that I'm worthless and a failure. I'm confused about what's going on and I need help

Hi, I have recently shifted back from US to India, I was diagnosed with ADHD there and was on Adderall, however here in india I am not able to find that in any medical store. Can you please tell me the brand under which it is sold, how to get it, or any alternatives if that is unavailable.

I used medicine addwise for the problem of adhd as diagnosed by the psychiatrist.it helped but it is very addictive too.anyways I stopped using it.I desperately want to use it again, but fearful of being addictive again.what should I do?
