HI Madam, Not able to sleep properly unless take tablet(Resperdal 2mg).taking tablet from last 6-7 years. Diagnosed with b12 deficiency.now it got rectified.still not able to sleep propely without taking tablet. Are you sleep specialist? Regards Rajesh Kohir

Hi, I am not sure what my problem is but I seriously need some medical help, I am going mad over something things. I want help on letting things go, really in need of a shrink but not sure who will help me here. There are some things happening in my life since a long time now and I am trapped in them. DEAR DOCTORS,  MYSELF MANISH 36 YEAR MALE FROM DELHI , A WELL POSITIVE THINKING MAN BEFORE TWO YEAR. MY MOTHER DIED IN SEP 2015, THIS IS MY FIRST INCIDENT OF DEATH. ON NOV 2015 I GOT ADMITTED IN HOSPITAL DUE TO SOME CHEST PAIN , I ADMITTED IN HOSPITAL FOR THREE DAYS , MY ECG, TMT, HEART ECHO, TROP T TEST DONE. ALL TEST ARE OK . DOCTOR SAYS IT IS PTSD NOW FROM NOV 2015 TO NOV 2016 , I AM ON ANTIDEPRESSANTS DAXID & VENXR & I DISCONTINUED ALL MEDICINE IN DECEMBER 2016 AFTER TAPERING. FROM NOV 2015 , I ALSO EAT ZAPIZ IN NIGHT, I HAVE CONFIDENCE ON MYSELF BUT DONT KNOW WHY THIS ANXIETY IS NOT STOP TILL TODAY. PLEASE TELL ME WHAT I DO TO GET OUT FTOM THIS. WAITING FOR YOUR ADVISE.
