I hv been suffering from a low mental energy so that i cant concentrate on studies or on even something interested to me.I am also having a 24 hr addiction to my boyfriend.How I can return back to my normal life and make my studies worthful

Experiencing severe headaches 72 hours ago started off with extreme fatigue and muscle soreness, haven't been able to move very much without pulsatIng headaches been taking ibuprofen 4-5 a day and might be experiencing rebound headache now pulsatIng and pain on 1 side

For the past couple of days I've been feeling really hazy, almost a dizzy feeling. I'm aware of my surroundings but I still sort of feel out of touch with myself, I do suffer from bad anxiety and panic attacks, could that be It? Or could it be something else more serious?

My dad 54 is afraid that he will lose his value that so called 'worth'. What leads to such an insecurity? He is the second youngest of his 5 siblings, a girl after him. He either shows superiority or inferiority. He is afraid that he gets blind in the love of his family and children..how to make him realise love
