Hi. I am a normal person wiith a great family. And there is nothing wrong. But for some reason i dont feel myself. Its been like this from some 1 year. I don't want to tell anyone. Im cheerful most of the time. I’m addicted to music. I think too much and sometimes i get too much sleep or dont sleep at all. My grades are falling and i have enormous guilt hanging over me. I regret so many things and wish i could turn back time.

Actually, my feuincy has migraine and she is having migraine attacks 2 times in a month. She held her anger with a long time and does not listen to other people she only thinks that what she is doing is right only which is hampering our relationship. I want a solution about how to control her anger and treat her migraine naturally.

I have been struct with it for 3 months. I feel I am going crazy. My mind is constantly repeating everything is weird and I feel awful. I try to avoid it but become very depressed and anxious.

I was recommended to take off medication due to the duration that I had. I had to stop for just 6 months and already I feeling agitated and depressed. what should I do to prevent this, do I need to repeat the whole routine?

I'm always feeling depressed. Even though there is any particular reason I always feel sad . Always crying. I can't control myself. I can't concentrate in my studies. No interest in any activites . I feel loneliness. I can't explain what I really feel . I had same experience when I was 7 or 8 and lasted till my 5th grade . After our shift to hometown, I started feeling ok. Then from 9th grade when we shifted to another again I started feeling same. At times I used to self hurt .

Hi,I am suffering with headaches,left arm aching and sometimes numbness too and my left eye even pains a lot ,heaviness,its been on and off for awhile like from 2 years,nowadays this pain attack increased,practically speaking I am living with the pain.I have done CT scan today,and reports came clear,but what could b the reason behind all these symptoms.plz suggest me

I have big dreams and i am unable to give a start. Can't even focus on works. Kindly suggest anything
