I am so depressed for past 2 months due to this i couldn't able to concentrate on my research work as now i am doing PhD. I lost interest in everything. Started to hate myself. Each and everyday I'm crying whenever I use to be alone. Not properly having my food, lost my sleep , my happiness. I want to come out from the depression. Please do help and suggest me how i can feel relaxed and be normal as before i was.
