For the past week, I've been experiencing disorientation randomly. I have also been very forgetful and spacey. It is effecting my everyday life. I am a teacher and was teaching a lesson in front of my students and a colleague. I became disoriented and completely forgot what I was talking about. I actually took a minute and I could not remember. It was embarrassing. I also "forgot" what my best friend's car looked like and was walking around a parking lot aimlessly until she found me.

Using lift i get much feared and when current goes off suddenly wakeup and shouting.

My girlfriend brokeup with me because of my constant abusive behaviour whenever I am angry on her. She left me and then I realised what sin I have done.I don't know how to live without her. I am moving towards darkness every single moment. I regret what I have done and I want to sort this problem of mine. Please help me. I know I will never get her back but I want to become a good person. This anger of mine ruined my whole life. She was the only person who was by my side every moment. I an just not understanding what should I do. I want to be a better human being and I want her back beside me. Please help me.

I have undergone thyrodiectomy in April 2016,since last two days I m suffering from headache and it feels like something is ringing in my head and I feel pain also
