Hi Sir...Am facing viral infection (may be dengue...Reports are not came yet) I have few platelets and very low white blood cells...I want to ask you sir that I was on Mirtazapine 15mg from a month (antidepressant ) It makes sleepy but last night I fainted....Is this drug decrease platelets and WBC ? Should i need to stop this drug ? I also fearing of withdrawal too much..... And in one day I lost 1 gram blood...lost 50,000 cells more....plz tel...thankew

My sister is behaving so different from 4 days. She is scared all the time. Suddenly starts crying. She is having negative thoughts most of the time.

Sir my son is suffering from the disease and taking medicine for last 4 years But not responding He is studying in Amity University for BTech in 2 nd year but he is not concentrated on his studies He has got 9.8 points in 10 th and 72percent in 12 th but not getting in BTech what should be done Taking medicine Sorest 50 Solian 50 Licab 600 mg Sir how can be improved him for studying actually he wants He is topper in all classes but not now Thanks

Respected sir...i m rupesh .I m 27 now...i hv a one problem in my life....my friend(pratiksha) is my official friend...i like her...but she is not like me as a boyfriend...she just like me as a friend...& I could not forget....every day, every minute i just thinking about her....plz suggest me a better solution to forget her.

Feeling office pressure even if I am at home in weekends. Can't concentrate on other things.. Continously in my back off the mind office pressure is coming.

3 months ago it started i god to much hair loss and i gain weight very fast always my head is paining and im very sad im very depressed I don’t want to go anywhere I don’t want to do anything I just want to be at home if i go out also i get too much headache and i want to go home .. I don’t like shopping anymore I feel irritated but i luv shopping I don’t know why I feel irritated when i go shopping my hair loss and gain weight is the most problem .. i get angry very fast and i cant control

Some month ago I used to have lot of doomed fear which appeared after a heavy ecercise in jym like heart aatack or paralyis,I was always afraid that I will die or something is going to happen.I am having medicines but still now iam not confident about myself I used to have burning and cold sensation on my body bit its now ok.

I have been suffering from headache since last 3 weeks,I got angry very soon...sometimes I feel that my mind is not working..I feel very disturbed...like don't know what to do...sometimes...I realise that...I do some another work...but my mind was working in another way...

My brother is 16 years old. He has been reacting very aggressive from past one year. He gets angry on small issues and starts throwing things. He has threatened to harm himself and family members. His grades aren't good as past. He forced my parents to buy things or otherwise he doesn't eat for days, doesn't go to school. I am really worried about him. He has stopped going in any family functions. We are worried about him but we have become afraid of him. Please guide me what to do ?
