This is regarding my father. He has this habit of compulsively fabricating lies to win over a situation. He did have two episodes of depression, second episode was bad and did require medications for about 4-6 months. but the lying has been there since before the depressive episodes . When confronted he gets defensive and angry and never agrees to the lie. In front of his friends he would pass off as perfectly normal.

A cousin of mine smokes around 5 cigarettes a day in a one week's time and drinks moderately ,once a week.  His profession is such he travels 80-100 Kms a day. Eating habits are breakfast by 9AM , lunch by 3PM and dinner by 9:30PM.  Sleeping habits are that he sleeps past midnight and wakes up by 8AM with little to no exercise. Once the sun sets because of the high beams used by vehicles his eyes begin to strain heavily. The main issue he faces is the headaches which attack him at irregular intervals , he has a constant bloated feel almost throughout the day and also a lot of gastric trouble following that. I'm hoping for a resolution and recommendation such that I could help him out. Thank you.

My father has been going through a lot of anxiety and this is what he has to say after having done a lot of introspection: I get fearful of tasks ( routine and at work place ), situations and people before interacting with them I'm feeling  too anxious , nervous , voice gets choked and feeble I feel very vulnerable , low in self confidence and self esteem , inferiority complex and depressed Earlier I wud get jittery with upcoming events but now the fear has become routine Heartbeat goes fast/ Palpitations.... Tingling in Tummy , confusion , indecision , and I go blank Brood a lot / Overthinking with present n future situations. I feel like I'm unable to do tasks although ultimately I do it but takes a heavy toll.. I feel less energy n fatigued. My kid is 4 years n 9 months old, She started speaking from 3.5 years with help of speech therapy. We noticed that now, her maturity level are low...Not able to answer,if we ask what teacher said in class room & she don't know the exams are going on and Not interesting on writing her home work.

My mother suffering from alziemer's dimentia and under medication. currently severe behavioral change and violent also. plz sugest

Depression, anxiety, headache migraine, Relatinship issues. One person bullies me, i can handle the world but not this person. She is very important in my life and i always bear that in mind. But After doing my duties with heart and soul, i am doubted about my dedication. 'The read between the lines' is always negatively biased against me. Every message is misinterpreted, I cannot fight or talk aloud. How do i stand for myself without breaking the relationship?

Sir from 2 months m feeling lightness of head but before a month i had panic attack but now i jave much relief in panic attacks i got a little one yesterday i went full pale .. when ever i start walking I think i will fell and tiredness .. sir but these panic attack started when i had ganja first time but it was my first time but i only tried it one after that never or never i will ..

I am having headache 2-3 times in a week It usually won't go without medicine and it mainly in top portion of my head

My son with downssyndrome is 25yrs old of late he is showing symptoms of depression like not showing interest in anything not takeing food properly getting irritated drastic weight loss from 45kgs to 35kgs
