Sir i have just passed class10 and got 96% but there is cntinuous pain in my brain lts of headache and there is nothing found in city scane s i think i need rest ..s shuld drp the year and shuld continue the study next year

I've been having a teenage phase in my life.. I think i want a adult advice for that but i can't share it with my parents.. Please help me..

Constant feeling of heaviness in chest area and emptiness. I was a heavy smoker for 9 years with 10-15 cigarettes everyday. I left it around 3 months back. Had similar symptoms but doctor said these were withdrawal symptoms and will go with time. They went away but they have started to reoccur. My stomach is also bloated almost all the time. I constantly feel afraid and my mind is never at peace. Sometimes tablets like diazepam help in calming down and sleep. I am also overweight. How to counter this anxiety without medicines.

I have been suffering from continuous shivering and cold,no proper digestion,can't hear noises,unable to stay on crowd,Difficulty in walking and digestion,

I have no idea whats going on with me, in my life. life went like go with flow, i think this is all cause of the drugs i have taken in past, I took LSD blot 400 microgram once i am noticingnthat changes in me after that drug use, i have been consistency smoking weed on and on, got sort of addiction. i am doing nothing since a year, rather than drugs, i have no vision, i am lost, i lost myself, i dont recognise myself in the mirror, i am not the person i used to be there is some big problem
