Headache and not able to concentrate. Easily get tired and lack of motivation to do anything. Insomnia since few days.

I'm feeling burned out mostly due to stress and over thinking. Mostly towards career and further education and also financial freedom at the earliest. Wanted to know if seeing a psychiatrist would help me ?

This query is regarding my brother, he is now lost completey to alcohol and we want him to get back to normal. Your advise would be much appreciated.

My mother dont sleep at night, she keeps on talking with herself, high anger problem , she cries most of the time about how her condition right now. she had a deep bad memories with her past when her mother in law died and our relatives & aquaintances treated her so bad at that time. she & my father have some quarrels all the time . she also had bp issue. kindly revert for the same.

I am suffering from epilepsy for last 12 years .I am taking DIVAA 250 twice daily .In between these 12 year i left the dosage and got the seizure. so now iam taking it continuously. I was on zoloft for several years 100mgs with no or very little side effec/ts....doctor started me back on them 3 months ago do to anxiety/depression at the same dosage and increased to 125 mgs for the past three weeks....since going back on the zoloft I seem to be in a fog\heaviness in forehead but depression and anxiety has gotten much better....is the fog/depression still after 3 1/2 months do to dose being to low or high or need to switch antidepressants....i suffer more from anxiety

I sometimes have difficulty to sleep at night and when i do i get nightmares waking me up. I want to take eszopiclone but i dont have any doctor's prescription and i cant get one either. Is it okay if i use it once in a while because i dont want to make it an habit

I cannot speak infront of people confidently.. i have a fear that i will lose my girlfriend because of this as i have shifted from ludhiana to Bangalore.
