I have headache ,runny nose , mental problems, can't balance my self , can't remind anything , even can't control over my emotions, blur mission, neck ache, depressed all the time and also some numbers Ness in face

Now-a-days, I get angry very quickly, and I'm afraid of every steps I take . It seems to me that my hands are shaking. And also I could n't get a good night sleep and it's eating me up...

I feel like I have let everyone down. Somedays I’m normal sometimes I feel like crying all day. I often get suicidal thoughts. I feel there is no solutions to the problems going on in my life. I feel like I’m in a dark tunnel with no ends just blocked. I feel fatigued. I’m unable to understand what I can do. Please help.

Is treatment of anxiety possible without drugs? Or medicines? And how much is per hour fee of a general psychiatrist. Also how much time would it take to recover and is anxiety curable?

Thinking too much on every thing. and over emotional. i want to forget every one and every thing. i want to live with out emotions.

If m not sleeping before 11-12 pm den after that i cant take sleep n even i tried to close my eyes n be relax but i cant sleep whole night or mindnight around 3pm or sumtym 4 pm. Suggest me something better....

My brother is 20 years old and he is not frequently talking to anyone from last two months. He is not going to college. He only used to sleep for hours and hours. I dont know what happened to him. He dont even want to go and meet a psychatrist. What should i do now. Morover he said 2-3 times about suicide that i will finish all the problems at once.

Respected Doctor's🙏🙏 For the past 18 months I have seen 7 to 8 dermatologists for my skin problems 1)Prurigo nodularis 2) Scrotum Itching Many of them confirmed stress is the cause for these skin conditions. Please reply me and give some advice/suggestions how to avoid stress(I have overthinking habit & i am short tempered).Also I want to know can stress cause scrotum itching.its weird right.Awaiting your invaluable replies🙏🙏

I have been having body pain for more than a 2 weeks now. The pain is prominent on my joints. I feel very low all the time. I often cry not due to pain but because of unknown reasons. I don't feel mentally and physically fit.
