She is worried for everything on everyday. Her behavior is abnormal for such things. But he is not like that. She is struggling mentally and her behavior seems to be abnormal. Suggest me the possible solution through which she doesn't have any mental issues

I have no intention of hurting my partner everytime we fight but she's so provocative,demanding and controlling. I feel so bad about this. I want to stop hurting her. I'm so confused. I don't know what to do. But i love her and i don't want to lose her.

Can hyper intellectualizing be a response to a mood shift? I'm diagnosed bipolar, it's just not a topic I see discussed a lot. I rarely get manic but if I do and I get upset it seems to be how I deal with it and it can confuse my therapist. I think they think I'm having a breakthrough when a lot of my insights are real but it's exaggerated and overwhelming.

My Spouse is suffering with severe depression problem not sure to her what could be the reason for that. She sits and cries for hours and days and doesn't show interest in talking in healthy way with people which she was best at. One reason for her depression could be her marriage. Need help in making her healthy and mentally stable and bring her confidence back and stay healthy.

My daughter age 17 suffering from mild depression,anxiety&exam phobia.Doctor advised her to take zosert50 for 1month at night & zapez 0.25 for 1×2for3days & then 1×1 for 3 days. Can i give the same to her?I m worried about side effects.She is staying in hostel.

My mom sometimes feels dizzy nd specially from last5,6 days she is feeling that problem more ..she also suffer head ache and vomit too when she feel dizzy .she feels like she will faint nd weakness in the body moreover her treatment is going on i.e psychiatrist from 2 years..can you plz tell me what is the problem ..hoping for your immediate reply ..

I am a working woman but from few days having lack of confidence concentration and get irritated by anything comes my way, I am also addicted to Spasmo proxyvon  from 3 years now due which I feel sleepy most of the time. I want to get rid of this addiction..please hepl

I've been dealing with mood swings and anxiety that affect my everyday functioning. I find it near impossible to concentrate and I become extremely irritable very easily. The mood swings veer to the depressive side often, and I feel removed from everything around me. I'm beginning to dislike things I loved and I tend to isolate myself often. The mood swings and anxiety frighten me and my family and friends have noticed change in my behavior as well.

I've been having 24/7 negative thoughts since class 6 onwards, of not living my life right. Waking up to a thought "I should be better off dead,than to be alive for nothing". I feel, no one understands me.
