I have always a low self estime . I am depressed. Always feel hopeless, tired. I am always scary about some thing ..feel shyness.. comfortable in public place..trying to isolate myself

I don't want to sleep though i m sleepy i want to be awake as long it is possible for me for some days

If I am day night 3 hour jogging and stopped taking sizopin 25 mg, what kind of problem I feel in my body.

Since past 2-3 years I observed a change in my behaviour like I feel alone even in crowed like classrooms or with friends group. I mostly chat with few people not even with my family. Mostly I prefer to be quite & same time also want people to understand me. Every night I search for videos like Spirit animal or peace of mind. Also I while talking with someone about my feeling I sound like stone cold. Many times In night mostly I feel to cry & get that little heart pain like feeling when we are about to cry. I also smoke but stopped it just cause a girl whom I like told me but even while chatting I get angry on her too. Is it any kind of depression?

From last 2 days having very bad pain in left side of health. Consulted with doc of Bhakti Vedanta Mira Road Mumbai. They gave me injection & after that I was ok but yesterday got the same thing again
