Seriously cannot sleep
I have been having serious issues falling and staying asleep. My anxiety and back problems get out of hand. When I do sleep it is either very light and I wake up wondering if I was ever fully asleep, or I sleep so deeply that I have incredibly vivid nightmares and when I am woken up it takes me about 2 hours to feel normal and not excessively tired and very distraught from the nightmare.
