I am having this problem for some time now . I feel like everything I do I feel anxious.i feel like I don't feel anymore, nothing I do is actually by me. Whenever I do something i have doubts and keep thinking of them, two parts of me just tear me apart , am not able to acknowledge my feelings , good or bad. I am holding so much in that I don't know where e when to take it out thinking of what society would think.

I am a 34 year old man suffering from OCD and Depression since the age of 19. I am taking Uvox-200 mg and Felis-S-5 mg. I am a lawyer and hence required to do a lot of reading. My attention span is very poor-not able to concentrate more than 5 minutes on reading. My Psychiatrist told me to try Modalert (Modafinil) which phenomenally increased my attention span in reading. But within a few days my Psychiatrist told me to discontinue it. Would it be safe to take the Modalert on regular basis?

I was pressurised to go for job from past few days. I left the job 1 year before but I worked for 6 years. From the day one I married I was troubled a lot by my mother in law for some or the other reason. She used to prick me by her words for one or the other reason. I used to ignore a lot. But I don’t know now I got disturbed so much for this job thing and I told all her things to one of my relative and then I git scared if they tell something to my in laws then again they will increase.

Occasionally, I experience severe anger outburst which is beyond my control and I don't realize I am doing anything wrong until it is too late. And during this period, I become very irritating to others purposefully. I know I have anger issues yet I do not do anything to control it. I am seeking help

I am worried and am scared of the upcoming exams. I hv npt been able to focus much on studies recently and lost interest as well. What should I do?

Getting depressed everyday in the evening. Felling very low in confidence and lethargic all day.

I am suffering from tinnitus in my right ear due to mild sudden sensorineural hearing loss(SNHL) for which my doctor prescribed corticosteroid therapy.But for last few days I have not been able to sleep due to constant ringing sound in my right ear. Thus getting insomnia during night.

I have been on some psychotic medication and need to take some more... can an experienced doctor be suggested?

Hallo, Mr. Doctor and Mrs. Doctor " i'll always go or visited my friends house by foot and the distance i walk to my destination approximately 1 km and an half kilometer , when i walking, i felt my brain faster think than i sit with calm and trying so solved problem. but i never make some test to trying solved some problems by walk, but if i compared these two things,i thought my brain faster think than i having sit

My father aged 69 and COPD patient with frequent suffering of one or the other problems like breathlessness, gastric, skin infection etc. Issue is he gets anger or gets temperment for silly things and cant control it in the situation and keep shouting at my mom for everything which is making a big problem for my mother to handle as she is also aged and close to 67 now. Can you please guide me on whats this situation is and how this can be treated or handled for his age.
