I am getting insequre day by day.each and every time i doubt my girl friend.whenever she talk to her male colleague i feel that she is cheating behind my back.I couldn't rid out of that

I am politics student at uni. I have an anxiety and obsessions about myself. I overthinking through my mind. For instance, When I walk on the street, I feel unusual smell in the air. It make me feel worried and I began thinking negatively such as I said: from now I can not talk English natively because the smell damaged my brain cells. Why I choose English, I don't know but suddenly I choose it to blame. Before, I said myself, I effectively talk English without pausing. I take Lustral 100mg.

I am feeling low and hopeless. This also leads me crying almost every single day. As a result I can't perform daily chores.

It's been a year have been smoking and am already taking medicines for paranoia cause of smoking my brain cognitive ability has been declining help me to overcome smoking addiction

I smoked 10 cigarette in a day I try many times for left him but not successful. Any option for help for left the cigarette??

I have stopped taking antidepressants for past 6 months. But again I feeling worse. Can we take fluvoxamine as antidepressants and for my BP betacap. Because if I took other bp tablet my BP come down but heart rate goes up....

I've been taking clonazepam 0.5 mg, half in the morning and full tablet at night for a month now and c-pram 10mg once a day. I want to taper off these drugs. Please help me with the dosages and time duration.
