Hello sir mujhe last three month se low grade fever like kabhi 96 kavi 98 but mujhe under se bukhar feel hota h maine kai test krwaye ana test lipid profile thirod test ecg dibites sabhi report normal h dr bolte h mujhe anxitety disorder h kuch bhi accha nhi lagta bhut need aati h weight bard gaya h plz suggest me kya karu main

I'm having family issues with husband regarding money, raising a child, and figuring out our relationship due to a very tight budget.

I have severe continuous burping since 4 years now. i have been to many GIT doctors . endoscopy is normal. no pain, no acid reflux , mild constipation is not an issue usually. i have tried many medicines, PPIs , enzymes , domperidone , antibiotics , but no result. i recently found a video online that itcan be due to stress ,anxiety. and now if i think about it , i have anxiety issues and maybe depression aswell.

Actually i want to marry a girl who suffering from epilepsy & she faced only one seizure at the age of 12 years after starting the treatment she never face any seizure till this time i.e. 26 years of age but she needs to take a proper nap in night which was recommended by doctor. I need your recommendation over this issue.
