Im 45 years old lady taking depex from 3 month 2 tab in morning, know my doctor is out of country can i reduce this dise from 2 to 1 tab. Pls guide me.

I'm a 15 year old and this feeling has attached itself to me for more than 2 years. I'm unable to feel happy, to live in the moment, I'm easily distracted by my incessant thoughts and constantly worry about the future. I cry all the time, not at school because I stay busy, but at home it's incredibly hard to concentrate on stuff and I'm chronically lazy. My attendance has dropped like never before.

For the past 15-18 days, I have felt nothing.I don't feel like eating, I am missing school a lot, I am feeling low all the time.I only want to stay in bed. I had gone to Pune for week, there I had a lot of junk food which lead to a stomach infection as diagnosed by a Doctor. The Medicines did not help so I visited a gynaecologist, got an ultrasound done and more. The pain is still severe. I feel exhausted all the time. I am unable to concentrate or gather the will to study or work. I have not been like this before. I am sceptical if it is depression and want to speak to a counsellor because I can't take it anymore. I want to be sure of my state. Incase it is depression, I want to get out of it.

What will happen if i tke restyll 0.5mg ..4 tablets at a time will it lead to severe or wat?

I need trika .25 mg for my father, how ever i am not getting at any meical shop please help from where in can get

Taking medicine uvox 50 for last one year some times i feel good and confident but suddenly sometime thought came and go giving me trouble to concentrate ie, unwanted thought which is of no means .I wanted to get rid of this situation as it is hampering my normal life .Every time i feel like that iam going to die and low cnfidence and iam also a father of 6 yersold daughter ,as i also wanted to knw is there also a better medicine than uvox 50 .Please sir give me some useful and valuble advice

I am a divorcee. I had to go through a painfull three year divorce proceeding. Later i liked a guy he gave me hope of maarying me, now he is not interested due to his family situation. i cant handle being rejected all the time. It breaks my heart n i end up overthinking every night. Please help me.
