Hi. You need stress management . Go to counsellor. Take the therapy. Remember dont pressure yourself and accumulate Ur work. If u have personal problem talk it out to someone or a psychologist. Your stress can be relieved. Dont worry. Once you do this you will get normal sleep and concentration focus.
