I was suffering from sleeplessness for about two weeks. A doctor prescribed lexotan for 4days. When I took it, I really was able to sleep for the first 3days. For fear of addiction and dependence on it, I stopped the third day. But since then I wasn't able to sleep again. Please help me, it's getting to 3weeks now I'm going through this.

This has been goin' on for a long long time while I have the worst insomnia for 2 years like no sleep 3 days and cant sleep etc. These past 7months or so I no longer get restful sleep, it's like i am always tired or always kind of sleepy but I cannot sleep anymore. It is pretty hard to explain I have been suffering with a lot of symptoms like everything aches or kind of have the funny feeling on the muscles, everything on my body is throbbing my head beats hard and i get hard heart beats on bed

I want to talk all my problems who listen. i dont know please help me, my husband is not loving me because am not taking care of his parents. but real fact is his parents is not like me they behave rude to me, i have no way to show him about his parents. everyday he scolding by his parents. again and again am thinking i have no solution for my problem. please help me

For the past week I have felt fine whenever I'm out but when I'm home I feel incredibly sick, I feel dizzy, naseuous, etc but if I'm home and I feel like that but then I go out I feel fine again. I have been diagnosed with anxiety and depression and I also have a form of muscular dystrophy but I don't know if that's related.

I have been having anxiety almost 24 hours. Only negative thoughts come to my mind. No sleep due to the above stated facts. Low confidence and not able to face other people.

I had a very bad dream last night like a women is walking near my bad and not allowing me to woke up in my dreams only. But somehow I woke up and listened some bhajans then again I went to sleep again that woman came in dream then trouble me. Whole night I am not able to sleep properly. As I am a college student pressure of placement is there still I don't have any tension about anything. Can you please help me out.
