I m suffering from ocd last 2-3 years, in march 2017 i met a psychiatric and i take proper treatment till, now (9 months), but i have no releafe in though repetiation, unwanted thoughts and, irretional imigine what should i consult a neurologist???  yes or no or tell me other proper way to get rid of this problem

I haven't slept for more than 3 hours in the last two months. Which is causing digestion, gastric issue. Going through relationship trauma.

Suffered and recovered from OCD and after stopped taking medicine from Serta tablet 25 mg from 1 and half year and i am feeling not good..feeling depressed,what would happen to me in future some kind of suicidal thoughts..want to escape from responsibility want to be alone for few times..depressed..want to run away..not interested in work ..most of the time getting blame scolding at work not finishing it on time..fear of talking to manager.light head acke

Hello, my father is 84yrs of age, physically he is ok but having lot of challenges on his mental health, he keeps talking to himself a lot, keeps shouting, keeps on asking same questions , he wants everyone to be at home especially my mother etc etc From past few months he has stopped going out for walk etc always wants to stay indoor, stopped reading newspaper etc etc We want to take him to an expert doctor who can help us on the above challenges, pls suggest Rajesh c r

My grandmother who is 83 years old has been having auditory hallucinations from past 2 months. At first she used to complain that she can hear loud noise of people singing outside even though we live in a quiet place. Gradually delusions came into play. She started saying things like the people are threatening to kill me (me her grandson) because my dad had apparently killed that persons child She is very frightened and tensed most of the time.

Severe headache occours daily at a particular time like evening 7p.m. and afternun 1p.m. even I dont have any Alcohol or smoking habbit.Due to the severe headache my eyes are getting closed during study time.Please help me doctor to overcome from this problem.
