I took some depression test that showed i am.seberly depressed, and i feel same too. I need help.

My Son is being treated for epilepsy for few years he is 15 years old and he is on medication for quite long. We have tried many combination but no cure from epilepsy seizures. Can we try homeopathy. Will that help. If yes then which doctor in Mumbai is the best.

Dear Doctor, I am an engineer but I don't feel like an engineer. I am a dumb person who cannot understand even nominal or trivial things at times which others (non-engineers) can easily perceive. I've been depressed from past 3-4 months. I am B.tech graduate and i have done 1 year diploma in acting. i am currently residing in Delhi NCR. I have changed my field. Right now i am doing nothing nothing professionally. My family is pressurizing me to get stable job. I am not interested in 9-5 job. Hello I ve been on olanzapine 5 mg and effexor 150 , dooping fine , but my problem was weight gain, so i switched to 5 mg abilify in 4 months and now I am on only 2.5 mg abilify , I took olanzapine for mood swings , My mood is okay on aripiprazol but I have lost all my interest, no interest in even interesting thing

In december 2016 i smoked weed which was the worst experience of my life. I became a patient of anxiety depression and went through panic attacks and i was good after 15 days. But it was not ever , symptom after symptom appeared due to anxiety and after 2-3 months i experienced tinnitus which is not going away. I hear a sharp sound like a continous bell ring .It is worse at sleep time, when i wake up and sometimes after exposure to loud music .

Always absent minded like I am driving I know where I am going initially but as journey moves I forget where I was going. I recall in just a blink of second. I am not getting quality sleep have so many things running in head. Yesterday I shopped some food colors in dreams I received order & those were just colored bottles and not food colors. Please help. I am a teetotaler. Dont Smoke. No Drugs. But I take lots work tension, family tension for no reason.
