Always sad about nothing sometimes more sad than other times. I'm just worried I might have depression. Also I feel very scared to speak to anyone and get nervous easily- I feel trapped in a box and feel like I might have social anxiety

I am facing problem in taking decision about my marriage ,i am 30 nw and nw i had to get married , i have someone in my life and m not able to get him out of my life coz my parents are against our marriage ,, but they are ready nw but nw m confused should i step forward for this relationship or not

Thinks that everyday talking about her .and she starts fighting with them up to any extant.

I woke up this morning and I didn't know who I was. It took me about an hour to figure out what my name was. I still feel really dissociated but there are no cuts or bumps to show that I have been injured.

I've been suffering from anxiety for two months now and at first I didn't took any medicine for it then I start taking Xanax 0.25 mg and it's the second week I'm feeling completely numb and have no interest in anything I don't feel anything for my boyfriend whom I used to love so much I don't even feel affection for my parents what should I do ? Is this Xanax side effects?

Hello Dr. I am a 42 female who reverts to a child like state for anywhere between 2 months 8 months where my parents take me to their home and teach me again to do the basics like eat, wash, go out doors, this has been reoccurring for years and each time it gets worse with agraphobia, and loss of full brain function to feel able to cope alone

I have the ageing anxiety and fear of death unable to sleep properly ...Always worried

My wife is jealous and over possessive about the affection between me and my mother. She has been controlling, manipulative, over aggressive and short tempered. She has very low self-esteem and feels insecured. She threatens me saying she will leave me or kill herself if I don't live as she expected. She wants me to love only her (doesn't like affection b/w me my mother). Many times she has been emotionally abusive on me. She feels angry if she see a call log where I called my mother. I'm very upset with this behavior of wife since 1.5 years. I had to keep my single mom away from me due to all these issues causing family problems and fight between mom and wife. She feels that there is nothing wrong with her behavior and she is not ready to attend any counselling or consult a psychiatrist. Are these psychological disorders? Can these be treated and cured? Note: She has Seizure Disorder since 10 years (on medication - takes mazetol 200 twice a day)
