Can i shift from nexito to mentat
Hi i have been diagnosed with moderate depression and ave been on nexito 10mg for 2 weeks and 4 days.i get drowzy tired and have joint pains.i was told by a herbalist shop ady that mentat by himalayan does the same work and she has had many people who have used it and have given good reviews.that too without any side effects.can i eat mentat along with the nexito?she said it takes 2 weeks to work and if i see its working for me then can i stop the nexito immediately?

I wouldnt recommend shifting. Dose alteration or change of medicine can help. follow up with your psychiatrist.Although in the end it is a patients choice.
