I am getting panic attacks, I have rapid heart rate and my blood pressure shoot to 190 and 200. I am taking (Exforge 5/80) and (Concor 5.0) for blood pressure and (Seroxat CR Tab 12.5mg) for anxiety Panic Attacks. My Panic Attacks are coming by one by one right after each other which making my blood pressure more high, about (200/120) 200 upside and 120 down side. I fell like i am going to die I had cold hands and shaking body during these attacks. I really appreciate your suggestion.

Since 10 days the feelings of sudden,I repeat sudden fear,crying and I almost shut down from everything. I had to do my exam procedures in this week and because of this I couldn't complete this and I missed it. Now my feelings have got worst. When I m going through such feelings I don't feel like doing anything and if I tell this to anybody they just I don't get satisfied our feel relaxed by their answers. Till then I'll be studying but it hits me I become very inactive,Excess anger.

I have anxiety issues,I get so anxious that u start crying,I will start feeling low,lack of confidence and this continues for days.During day,I'll be ok for some time and I'll be worrying a lot and lot rest if the time. Because of this I quit my final year medicall exams and new I have started worrying about this.. I want a remote to stop thinking. I want to sleep for ever without thinking and worrying. Please help.

I am having depression due to job loss past 6months i consulted psychiatry and they gave qutipine tablets,but i also advised that it may raise sugar level,as i am having diabetes type 2 taking galvusmet 50/850mg & pioz 15mg tab. I have taken yet it may raise because is not maintained sugar level properly. My Previous HBA1c was above 9.0, but now i have to control much as monther is having type-1 past 34 years. may be herediatary it might have come. my main problem is i really depressed.

2 blood tests right ipper quad ultrasound and endoscopy with biopsy for celiac and h pylori. I get randomly anxious and cant eat. I recently aquired valium at 10 mg a day. Gained a pound a day! I was down to 119 my normal weight is 140. Now that I have no valium, the symptoms are returning. I feel lost and helpless because of the benzodiazapene scare. I fully understand the risks but still cant get the help I need. Tried ssri and snri and made my symptoms worse!

My wife has a headache behind her ears and above her ear constantly... And most days it's there... Any ideas?

I've been experiencing it for almost 2 years. My parents aren't proud of me and I'n never enough in their eyes.

Im on day 5 of this does and i keep feeling waves of just wanting to puke.. and i have some lorazapam i only take .5mg as its effective enough for me... i wanna take cause i heard it helps and the citalopram makes me anxious too...i can mix the two right ?

I’m a 16 year old girl and I’ve been going through a lot lately and I’ve been having a hard time being sane..I’ve been having palpitations and am generally anxious...I’ve tried to hurt myself before amd now it’s coming back but I don’t want to be like this anymore..there’s too much going on in my family so I can’t tell anyone about what am going through and hence I’m desperate...I need help..please help me.

I take 7 to 8 hours sleep still in my coaching timimg I feel sleepy and my mind gets blank and I cannot concentrate
