Fear and anxiety
I always have fear of being left alone. I always feel like that eveyone will leave me and i shall be left alone, be it friends, be it my family members, be it close people. Whenever i think about this, I get sudden goosebumps on chest, its a very bad shivering experience, fists clinch, breathing gets heavy, tears roll out, irrespective of the thing where i am be it office or home or anywhere. It lasts for 5-10 seconds. Feels like someone shud come and press my chest hard to give me some momentary relief. Are these panic attacks ? These are the worst things that have occured to me, in last 6 months. Sometimes these are so intense that i get series of these things say 5-6 times. It feels dreadful, feels very vulnerable. Dont know what to do to stop this. Dont Want to take any medicines for these.

These seem to be Panic Attacks. However, panic attacks can be part of Depressive Episode/Anxiety Disorder and few other Psychiatric Disorders apart from Panic Disorder. Detailed evaluation by a Psychiatrist will help arrive at accurate diagnosis and treatment. For some of the Disorders, treatment without medicines can be effective.
