I m verry depressed I cnt slee noon n night even if taking sleeping pills. I m thinking over n over n over I cnt stop my thinking...

Can not live alone ,can not hold the tense situation. Fear in going out ,so much anxiety try to shout that save me.negative thought

I am having nexito 10mg for 2 weeks and 4 days.can i have mentat a single doze of 2 tablets per day?as i am seeing that mentat is working for me in positve ways whereas nexito hasnt helped me much so can i take mentat as well in the mornings only?and i am on minmum dozage for nexito so the doze cannot be reduced further..after how long can i taper it down then just have mentat instead?

İ am in my forth year in the faculty of dentistry. This year we started intering clinics. We have a lot of patients to look after and we have exams everyweek. İ started to forget a lot of things (not only those who are related to school) and i feel distracted. İ cant focus on stıdying i keep reading the same things more and more without being able to keep them in my mind. Even when im talking with a friend or watching something i cant focus. İ dont know how to deal with it. Thank you

I cant able to sleep..  I cant concentrate on anything am always irritated or angry..i dont like to comunicate.  Sometime i feel like to scream and cry..  Even i have trouble in breathing.. My legs are paining.   Even often i have th urge to do slef harming..  I feel like i am going insane i cante achieve anything in my life

I was married just three months and it was a love marriage and my mother was not supporting it. But now everything is fine. I have a good job and also some new opportunities. But since last month whenever I try to study, my wife find silly reasons to fight me over phone and messages. I stay alone as my job is transferable. she en compares me with her ex-boyfriend and relates me to another woman or even to prostitutes. I am fed up. i just want to end my life. But again I have responsibilities.
