Feel paranoid can’t concentrate on anything bad mood swings with my partner

I am not sure about anything.I have started loosing perception for things.If i believe something it might not be true.Everyone has their certain point of view about things and they think they are right.If everyone is right then whats the truth.I dont know what to believe.A news gets reported , i see it and think what if its not the truth and the media is just manipulating us.What if there exists a third world order and the worls is controlled by some wealthy people in a room.What if thats a lie!

I started using novelon..this week i ate novelon tablet for 3 days and then i skipped for 5 days..now i am having bleeding.what should i do?

I have been having horrible thoughts, pictures and voices in my head contantly telling me that i will die in horrible way. Or being diagnosed with a fatal disease. I have no health issues at all in the moment. But all these thoughts come up anytime i hear about a certain disease, or noticing a minor symptom on my body as tiny as a mosquito bite could me feel anxious and spinning in an endless vortex of thoughts about death.

Suffering from inferiority complex I am new to medical college . There is a whole lot groupism. Being 1 st year there's not so much work load, its the time to enjoy but i feel so left out. Theres so much comments and sarcasm around,the one who comments the most is the king here. So much afraid that i even cant talk to them leave alone commenting them.
