I have continous mood swings. dont know why it happens. Sometimes i m very social cheered up and sometimes i dont like to talk to anyone. I too fave loss of confidence very quickly, though i m very confident person. please help

I feel like I have an anxiety issue but I don't want to ask my parents to get me tested because I feel that they think I'm lying. I honestly do not know what to do and my anxiety is getting worse.

Hello, I am suffering from a lot many mood swings and at times I feel completely high and maybe just after few minutes I feel very low. Please help. Most of the time it so happens that I feel very very low. I am clueless about what's wrong with me. It (the low feeling) is sometimes so painful that it feels hard to withstand. Please let me know what I should do and please try to help.

I get irritated too easily these days. I cannot concentrate on my studies. I have started eating a lot more than required or sometimes I just skip all the meals. I just feel sad all the time. A couple months ago i had bought some weed that was synthetic weed that I had known about and was hashed with coke bleach etc. This was 4 months ago ever since then my thinking has been so messed up and I went for a egg assessment recently and they have not found any problems with my thinking and thought pattern which is quite oddly strange so what am I suppose to do cos I can't socalise and talk properly half time and people saying I act so retarded at times

Hearing voices, nurse asked what are they saying? My son said the people talk to fast to understand them . The nurse asked him a few question he replied I don't know . He saw a mental health counsellor at the same time of appointment , the counsellor said to bring him to the clinic anytime.No emotion,Stopped taking pills but now has been taking them for 6 days. Started taking pills after saw the nurse for 6 days but no change.Staring at people with no expression . Laughs/cries for no reason
