I m suffering from lots of mental depression. I am not able to sleep at night. All the time i am sitting and thinking but no results and no improvement.

I have been suffering from depression since 7 years, when I lost my father. Most unexplainable events happened in my life and now I realized I can't bear this pain anymore and realized I'm depressed and I feel a lot more unusual and abnormal around the society and people. Do you think I need to consult an psychiatrist? I want to negotiate with my mother but I believe she doesn't want me to consult any psychiatrists as she believes it is a place for unstable people. I've been having this thing for 9-10 weeks and I keep on saying things in my head. It is really annoying and I am very worried.

Sir, My father's sister's son loved me. He proposed me and I even fell in love with him when I was 9 th class Later we neither met nor talked on phone for 3 years since I don't hve phone. When I am in btech 1st year I called him and told I am studying in hyderabad. He used to talk to me for hours together. Few days later he started ignoring. He will be online in whatsapp chatting with someone.He talks on phone with someone for hours. When I call I always it will b callwaiting only.

He can't sleep without having pills and talking nonsense all the time. Talking about only one topic all over the day.
