I have been continuous thinking problem and fear from last 6 months. I had some bad experience in year 2011 and i am stuck with that problem...I am not getting how to come out with this situation.

I'm in 3rd year of engineering. I was taking fluoxetine from last 2years but stopped it in between coz of side effects and got depressed again and taking nexito  from  last 4 months  for depression. I was able to function in daily life but when I heard my friend got good package in placements, I started thinking about myself and now I'm unable to study at all. I have my exam today at 2pm and for next 10 days. Is there any medicine for instant attention. Can I take Ritalin as I took it earlier. Im in pain Plz help otherwise I will fail and take wrong step

For the past few weeks, my mind has been filled with violent thoughts toward myself and other people. I've also seen a decline in my physical health and performance at home and school.

As i am a working professional, i am very well known to my mental health, but my parents are insisting me to get a mental checkup done,is their any way to get a certificate of mentally fit from any hospital.

I can't take any decision... I hurt those who love me... I Blame them... I just fight... I know I m wrong... But still I fight... There are lots of thing going in my head... I hv a personality disorder....

I am on the verge of losing my job. Also I may end up in jail. In the meantime my girlfriend is going to get married to another guy. I have many things to do say find another job. However I feel totally demotivated and end up my time digging my past career and relationship

I am 21 yr old 1st yr med student. Since my eleventh standard I been slacking off work. I would do pretty much anything other than my records, projects, homework or revision, didn't matter as long as I avoided them. Even when I sit down to do it having no other choice, I panic on how to finish it rather than doing it. Result? I barely passed 11th and 12th was completed after 3 tries. Then on parents' insistence I got into med clg passing entrance exam. Same problem still. What do I do now?

Hi Dr. Sathya Narayan, I don't have any brain injury. But, I had faced the same issue in 2013 and after few months, I was normal. And the same thing I am facing now, i.e from past 15 days.

I'm an Hemophiliac suffering with severe anxiety aged 22 years.. I have prescribed for omega fatty acids supplement. I want to know the exact intake value as overdose might leads to bleeding.

Suffering from severe anxiety I can't breath I take some pill prescribe by the doctor but it's not helping at all...I don't like the doc also not comfortable in talking my life has been miserable 7 years of relation was broken marriage was called off. Still can't get over him. was facing trouble in finding a job.have got a low paying job but facing alot a financial problems.I don't talk to my family members cos thy don't Believe wht I am sufferin all I feel like givin up cant tke his pain anymre
