I don't what is happening actually people around say that I usually talk in myself when I am alone

Can OCD(Obsessive Compulsion Disorder) be treated permanently? What are the methods of treatment of OCD? Depression,anxiety are related with OCD?

My dad had a spinal cord injury 2 years ago and got operated. They have lost control of their entire body. After 2 weeks of operation doctor suggested us to join physiotherapy to recover lost power in body. Now after a year they are able to walk with the help of stick. But lower back pain is main problem we are facing from last 6 months. Doctor has recommend SOBRIUM 10MG from 15 days and today we skipped a dose and at midnight dad started behaving weird. Should we continue that tablet or not?

Is any type of mental disorder can contaginous in any condition, like flu and cold?? can we get a mental disorder in other sufferings persons  saliva, shararing food, and other physicaalyy contact??

Why everytime i drink over 3 beers i think about how unimportant i am and how the world would be better without me?

I am really disturbed and upset and unable to get out of it Married life is not going smooth and i am unable to figure out what to do
