Sir my son 27yrs not maintaining in job more than a month- not good in concetration- finding fault with others-speaking himself loudly sometimes with action- not moving with family closely -no dress consious morning he goes out returns in the night and no talk with anybody in the house-argument type he will not put fullstop going on argueing same topic again and again -donot know to behave as normal man-likes very much to eat kindly give solution

I am finding sleeping a bit difficult i am feeling sleepy and i want to sleep but i am unable to sleep its been five days since i slept each night i sleep for about three to ten minutes maximum but then i wake up my head starts to pound and my stomach bloats

My husband and I have major arguments which often turn into rage for my husband. he ends up hitting himself in rage or hitting me. he gets angry and often mentions that my communication style & habit of nagging, finding faults in him leads to his stress. he also has sleeping problems - doesn't sleep in the night & mostly sleeps through the day that affects his work life terribly. he has a work from home job. getting him to make small or major changes, any, is a huge ask and  always end in these fights or him abusing / smashing doors etc. am not sure how to best mitigate / approach because all my communication strategies and efforts have failed. the marriage is emotionally draining - both for him and I. any suggestions will be helpful. He has anger management issues.. ends up yelling, abusing quickly. Also I have often heard him feel like a victim saying no one is there to appreciate him enough and that he is stressed. Any help will be much much appreciated.

I m Subhamoy Halder from kolkata suffering from severe anxiety depression for the last 12 years.i m 32 now.recently for the last 1 yr or so i m facing horrible trouble with sleep.absolutely no sleep at night and at daytime i m feeling asleep.besides my blood pressure is always at higher side with normal at 140/90.i m under medication - morning 1 rivtotril 0.5mgand 1 betacap tr 60 and at night 2 rivotril o.5mg and 2 prothiaden 75mg.my work and my life has become miserable.

Suffering from severe mood variations. Panic attack. Depression. Lethargy, fibromyalgia arthritis, joint pain. Asta

A few days am working hard late night sleeping and now feeling depression on my mind kindly suggest me medicine my age is 25

I'm a 17 year old girl. You've obviously heard of social anxiety and shyness, etc. I have tried every remedy possible to overcome this. I can't even talk for one minute or give a presentation without feeling Having a panic attack or fainting. It is beyond words. My next route is to take beta blockers. Is this safe for someone my age? I want an occasional Medication to take in extreme social situations such as school presentations. Please help??
