Ever since I was 6 I felt like I was a boy trapped in a girls body and I don’t know what to do about it. I haven’t told my parents because they wouldn’t understand and I just don’t know what to do

I loved someone and she doesn't love me and i am depressed and is there medications given in this case

I am feeling very depressed, and I can't snap out of it. My routine life is getting more and more affected. And I lost interest in life.

I have chronic insomnia.cannot sleep at night.i had consulted doctors and also taken ativan 2mg , zolfresh and trika 0.5 but there is no effect of these medicines.still facing the same problem.please suggest.

I do not feel 100% myself anymore, all I am thinking about is sleep and eating. I keep getting stabbing pains in my chest and lower abdomen. My mood is constantly changing and I am always feeling low.

I am interested in studying. I am studying presently in kota for iit. my mind always think about good future without reason and I am happy at that moment. After that when I came to present it feel upsets as I am not studying, not doing homework, always thinking about to impress a particular girl. always thinking about doing something big or thinking about how to impress a girl. IT IS NOT LIKE THAT I AM NOT INTERESTED IN STUDY. I ALWAYS THINK TO GET OUT OF IT.

I am confused about all things in my life. I Dont know what I am doing, what I want, why I am doing.i am afraid of losing even if I am doing good.

Sir I am a 22 years old student.I am deeply suffering from Thanatophobia at least from two to three months.Due to this problem I am not able to do study or anything else.please give me a solution that will be your mosy kindness.please I am in very serious condition please please please.

DEAR SIR/MADAM I HAVE BEEN DIAGNOSED BY ANXIETY DISORDER & PTSD IN NOV 2015, FROM NOV 2015 TO NOV 2016 I AM ON ANTIDEPRESSANT & WE SLOWLY STOP & TAPER THE MEDICINE IN DECEMBER 2016, NOW I DON'T HAVE ANY ANXIETY SYMPTOMS , MY MIND IS FULL OF POSITIVE ENERGY. I HAVE STARTED MY OWN BUSINESS CURRENTLY IT'S NOT GOING GOOD BUT I HAVE CONFIDENCE ON MYSELF I CAN MAKE IT SUCCESS. BUT DON'T KNOW NEGATIVE THOUGHTS LIKE FAILURE, SUICIDAL THOUGHTS COME IN MIND, I KNOW I AM NOT GOING TO DO THAT BUT IT REPEATEDLY COMES IN MIND. I JUST WANT TO KNOW HOW TO GET RID OF THESE NEGATIVE THOUGHTS. REGARDS MANISH KUMAR
