I am suffering from sleepleness from last 1 month.And due to which I am suffering from street.So, I want to know that can I take this medicine before night to reduce my sleepleness problem.And what are its side effects of I use it.Please reply as soon as possibe

My brother is very hyper aggresive, he beats kids n his wife also when he is in anger...he never listens to anyone...he never agrees to consult any doctor ...please suggest which doctor will help me with my brother treatment

I am constantly unhappy since last 4 days. My in-laws are visiting us these days & I feel so alone and left out in the house. I am mostly confined to my room because they do not involve me in anything. I work. By the time I am back home, I am tired. I was angry over my husband for his strange behaviour & banged the door. The in-laws said I behaved wrong & I was showing them my anger. My husband says I misbehaved with them. I feel victimised. Finding it hard to stay positive. Can you please help?

I've been feeling sad and thinking of Suicide when i was still in Grade 9 (2015) up till now (2017) At first i thought it was just normal untill i had an mental breakdown and it have worsened my feelings. I couldn't tell this to my parents and i do not where to start saying all my problems.
