Hi doctor, Iam suffering with chronic insomnia, due to which I suffer with anxiety, depression, irritation, fatigue, weakness, unable to concentrate, not waking up fresh,... .Plz help!

Unable to focus on any subject continuously.feeling sleepy all the time. Most of the time absented mind during discussion, meetings,training. Only one eye is working, have fear of that too...

Cannot memorize anything. tend to forget many things as well as suffer frequrnt headache

6 months back I experienced anxiety and symptoms like fast heartbeat and nervousness , doctor said I had alcohol withdrawal symptoms I took propanol for 10 days, I came to little normal but I started drinking occasionally and again I saw symptoms then doc gave me meds to control anxiety sertima and olimelt. Please tell me how to deal with alcohol withdrawal ?
