I was in love with a girl we spend too much time together now she is avoiding me I think someone else is in her life.. But I am unable to forget her

What should I do.. I take serta medicine 150mg daily.. I became slow for my daily work.. problem even when I m writing something. My hands started vibrating. What is my problem. ?? What goes on within me. ?? I want to know.. problem in sleeping at night also.

I am patient of bipolar disorder.taking medicine for that. but now i feel some memory loss problem like i meet with a people but next i cant recognize the incident.the incident is completely erase from my mind. but this not happen every time.
