Anxiety, depression, mental breakdowns
I have no past problems of mental health. But from the past couple of months, I am having difficulties in focus, sleeping, studying and have frequent spells of mental breakdown. I cannot go into the details of it but I seem to be suffering from anxiety and it is also causing health issues. What kind of treatment would you suggest?

Hi, I am sorry to hear about your problems. You need to go for a formal assessment to  determine whether you need psychiatric or psychological ( therapy) help or both at this point. Usually symptoms of anxiety and depression can be dealt with a combination of medication and therapy. But it also depends on what choice of treatment you want to opt for.
Next Steps
I can help you with a formal assessment if you are interested and suggest further treatment plan. You can contact me directly for the same. Good luck!
