My mood flactuat a lot, many time I overreact to my situation since last few years. My only dream was to be a good mother, but I think my daughter sees me as worst mother. I've been hiding this problem for a long time. I also have depression, extreme anxiety and other problems as part of PTSD. Binge eating has sadly become my one comfort and way of letting go and dealing with difficult emotions. It's a vicious cycle where I hate myself and how I look and react by eating again to comfort myself! Extreme isolation and difficultly socialising is a big factor in this. I'm not clinically overweight but feel ill and ugly and want free from this. Please advise.

I am always confused and i can not focus on my mind and my work. Sometimes when people asks me somthing then i do not tell anything because i got confuse that what i say?
