My thoughts race all day, affect my relationships, my productivity, and overall well-being. I feel like my emotions bounce around all day, and with every different emotion is a different perception... I feel mentally and emotionally discombobulated. I’m so superstitious and I’m starting to not be able to tell the difference between my thoughts and real life.
