Insecure relationship
I am feeling very insecure in my marriage life. Life is not at all easy in relationship. My husband is a mommy's boy . We were speaking about baby and am not ready because I feel like he will raise the baby with his mother rather than wife. As a result, am getting anxious thinking about my life with him. I feel very restless when I wake up. I feel like I can feel the heartbeat. It beats very fast whenever I wake up and I feel restless. I'm having lot of fear to live a life with him. But he has no other bad habits, but he doesn't care about wife's feelings. I come to my moms place and I feel happy here. But the thought of going back home is scary and from two days again the anxiety is coming. Everyday when I wake up, my heart beat is fast. The unsettled feeling is killing me. I feel nausea and when I feel like this. I am not able to swallow or eat because of nausea. Do I need counselling or medication ?

Hello Living in a relationship where you feel unheard and unseen is really distressing. Please consult so that everything is discussed in detail. Many things can be solved by counselling only but many need treatment with medications. What's most appropriate for you can be decided only after consultation.

It's anxiety.. and your conflict can be solved by open communication, so just instaed of escaping try to sort out by sitting front and confront your all feelings
