I wanted to share wid u something today wt happened is my president asked me questions BT I started to explain it in Kannada bcoz I felt difficult to form sentence directly he asked to me that in which school you have studied and which college you have studied he asked me this I answered kannada you have studied MSC knw then why are you struggling I say he asked me like this and I got shape out in front of others official s I can't come out of this bad situation i got shamed I felt very very bad

My brother went for gastric surgery to reduce weight.. he has gone through sleeve surgery of which stomach was reduced in size 5 months ago. I m suffering from digestive problem which is affected badly due to maily stress ..I would say if I am facing any financial issues etc that directly affect me there by constipation Totaly affect...Just sits a long time and comes out... My closet and wallet are linked each other...If wallet is full and financially no worries then my daily motion is perfect otherwise stomach got stuck...please suggest me how to get rid of these issues.. I m feeling depressed since last year ,I was selected in a good college by my hard work , but now I don't want to study anymore. Don't want to look at my books even. Just want to spend my whole day on sleeping. Because of this I failed in my first year btech. There is a low self esteem, low thoughts. Sometimes my mood is light, want to study, but most of the time I don't feel like studying , and it's about 95% of the time.
