I have been feeling constantly tired for a while now and i have no idea why

Hello sir i am a college student so can  u suggest me some medicine used for increasing memory power and concentration and a medicine for anxiety

Sir, My father's sister's son loved me. He proposed me and I even fell in love with him when I was 9 th class Later we neither met nor talked on phone for 3 years since I don't hve phone. When I am in btech 1st year I called him and told I am studying in hyderabad. He used to talk to me for hours together. Few days later he started ignoring. He will be online in whatsapp chatting with someone.He talks on phone with someone for hours. When I call I always it will b callwaiting only.

Hi ,I am having sleeepiness since a month by now . Consulted docs but not been able to recover . Having Arip 5 mg also for psychosis Kindly help .

He can't sleep without having pills and talking nonsense all the time. Talking about only one topic all over the day.

From past few months my grandfather is behaving madly and Shaouting without any sense.

I am having sleepiness issues . Under treatment for Psychosis since 2 years ,having arip 5 mg.

My age is 23 and I've recently been diagnosed with mild diffuse cerebral atrophy. Since 1/2 years I'm facing this condition that I keep forgetting names, people, paths, bad performances in exams which require mugging up things etc. I even consulted a psychiatrist before the diagnosis but she found nothing wrong. Is this a big problem at this age?

I had anxiety disorders and panic attacks and depression and agoraphobia amd ptsd amd depersonalization.... I always fear of dieng or losing my mind... 24|7 i am living in room amd constant fear, i had ocd also.... I had sinus problm too.... My head feels pressure,, plz help me.. Will i die or faint or lose mind.. I had dome 3ct scans which came normal amd many ECGS ALL NORMAL... last time i went to er because of my anxiety attack and my bp was 130\90... I feel faint but i didn't..

Unable to find a good mental health consultant. In depression mode. Unable to cope up daily pressures and other routine functionaries. Already on medicine. Recipes / zapiz/ zolfresh. Have nightmares. List of confidence. Loss of appetite. Loss of self esteem. Not able to work on any assignment. Shirk work and make lot of notice about my being unwell. Please suggest a path forward. It is a torture to be I this state of mind. Unable to cope up with such pressures any more. Want to get rid of it and
