Hi I am 23yrs old...in my head when I lie down my headnerves are sounds like heart beat. This is very irritating..am suffering this pronlem from 3years...can you please tell me why it happens...what I have to do control this problem....please tell me the reason

I was little depressed 2 years back and now things are going great but from last few days suddenly during daytime my vision gets blurred and mind loses focus all of sudden for some short duration maybe 2-3 hours unperiodically. And headache adds to that. Please advise. Can i take olimelt 5 which is what i took last time but back then it was just depression only.

I am feeling alone and feeling sad throughout the night. I am completely dependent in one of my friend, if he doesnt speaks to me , am feeling like alone. I am not interested in any other activities

I have been thinking too much and living in my head and creating situations that don't even exist. I am afraid of uncertainty.  I am being very indecisive and change my mind quite frequently. I also find it difficult to recall things. It's affecting my well being and general health.  I no longer take care of myself.

I always be in fear ..i don't know the reason but my heartbeat sometimes be abnormally fast. I can feel a little pain in my chest ..i wake up with a shock suddenly when interrupted in sleep ...
