My Name is Lalit i have to discuss about my wife diseases she is suffering from last two year from i dont know what is that- its depression or mood disorder or anything else she is very much in painful condition i have concerend many doctors they said she is getting stressed if you can really do something for please advice

Why can't we handle our stress & anxiety on our self by not taking help of anybody ? Will it be possible

I've been exploring this topic a lot. I have most of the symptoms of ADHD, talked to a lot of people with ADHD, and I think I have it. How can I know for sure before saying to my parents, because I don't want to worry them if it's nothing. Thanks you for taking your time to read this. :)

I joined one copmany through placement.was very happy but the work,location(Chennai) and profile given is worse here lead to disappoinment later I have been suffering from sleeplessness ,early morning anxiety since 2 months. My father had stroke on November 2016. He was alcoholic. He was hospitalised in Stanley hospital, Chennai and later taking medication from Dr. Rajan (muthu hospital). He is recovering well now but still have little complications. So I want better option and opinions for treatment or medication
