I’m currently on mirtazapine 45mg and have been almost a year and have been struggling with my anger and feeling irritable and needing pen and something to calm me down and I know quetiApine does that. I can’t see a psychiatrist till next year. So just wondering those 2 medications are they safe I usually take 100mg of prn quetiPine a day what’s the maximum safety dose for the two or what just need advice cheers

I've been feeling sad lately more than the usual, I tend to daydream a lot more than I used to and now it's affecting my daily life, I've barely got a social life aside from work. My room is messy and usually I like everything order but I have no desire to clean I rather stay all day watching shows. And I don't enjoy taking care of myself how I used to. I cry more often about my life. I know that I feel depress but I can't concentrate to get myself better for some reason.

I am suffering from excessive fatigued with mind ,all time lying on bed due to fatigueness,taking medicine from phychiatric,but no result found,what I do?

Feeling disconnected, lack of motivation, constantly tired etc. I act okay around people so they don't worry. constantly making "jokes" to cover up how I truly feel.

I don't exactly know what to say but what I am feeling is mostly like crying,sad, unhappy. Completely depressed

I have anxiety and depression and find it hard to control my anger even with small things when they go wrong have trouble sleeping as well was wanting to know what medicine if any would be best for me
