I feel very worried or scared that people will leave me. My emotions change quickly and sometimes I can't even recognize my own emotions. I don't know who I am anymore I'm always confuse to what I like and dislike. I easily get angry and I had suicidal thoughts. Sometimes I get very tense and start shaking and find breathing hard even though there's no reason for me to get tense or something.
