I am under medication of Depression since last 1 year. Can IBS be caused by depression?

My patient is contiously muttering and speaking in alone. Since August she is contiously speaking shouting and has hostile attitude.

I am engaged and to Be married in February. But I do not have feelings for him whatsoever. I tried telling my parents the same but they are not listening to me saying I will get feelings after getting married. Pls suggest what do I do. I am having thoughts of running away but I love my parents and dont want to put them through pain.

If any one get some problems getting so tension ,if anything goes wrong getting so much negative thoughts

Ive been struggling with depression and self harm for 4 months now and I have noticed that my head has always been full of music and noises that won't go away. No matter how hard I try the noise won't go and now the music is so loud in my head that I can't even hear my own inner voice. I can't focus on tests or think about anything because of it. I've been having suicidal thoughts (from my depression) but now I feel so trapped in my mind. Any ideas about what on earth this and how to treat it?

My wife too angry sometimes and quarrel with me and when it is at peak she commit suicidal attempts , taking tablets , and gets depressed after that . What reason ? Only hyperthyroidism medical history and on treatment .
