How do i know if i have insomnia? What are the symptoms? I’ve always had sleep problems and I’m starting to think i might have insomnia.

Recently I have been under stress. I keep fighting with people around me especially my wife. When I look back at the situation, I feel I could handle it better. But when the situation comes I can't control myself and get into fighting again. How can I control my anger?

When I getting anger I can't control myself .I think I want to die in that moment..and also if I felt bad too much from heart and cry .on that time I feltl in my head some one is tight around my forehead.and it stop my crying without my control

My father get a change in his behavior he get to much attach with god and really want to do what he has decided

I'll get very sudden upset and very angry when I get food in home and restaurant which does not taste as expected, due to this am facing anger issues with my family and friends

I've been experiencing terrible insomnia the past few weeks. I go to bed between 9 and 11 pm, but am not falling asleep until 3 to 5 am, even after taking Ativan, Clonazepam or Melatonin.

Sometimes I get bored all of a sudden if I didn't like particular task in home when my family members told me to finish @tat tym I felt very guilty ,if I do my mind says I shouldn't do tatm in confusion suggest me he to get rid of its behaviour

My daughter who is 16 yrs old has a compulsive lying habit. She lies just about anything. She has bad-mouthed our family to her friends. She lies about her whereabouts. Also she has severe self esteem issue, though she is very pretty and intelligent and loved by everyone in the family. I have tried to be supportive and encouraging to her, but the issues persists. Also I'm scared her lying will get her into trouble. Plz help.

If I sit in steps or sit down I feel I am going to loose conscious . I vl get dizzy actually I don't fall down but my heart races and I shld get from that place .I don't know what s this and whom to consylt. Pls help
