I'm having heart pilpations and I sleep a lot I don't feel like to do anything feel fear or nervousness and I'm takimg cipralex everyday before sleel

I dont feel well if I dont sleep for 9 hours at least per day. However I have got a busy schedule and want to reduce my sleeping time to 7 hours. Please suggest me some side effect free pills or some methods to cope up with this.

I get extremely agitated and angry whenever someone defies my way of thinking or disagrees with me. I’m a 27 year old male diagnosed with bipolar but I don’t think diagnosis is correct.
