I have previously been diagnosed with Substance Use Disorder, Major Depressive Disorder, Manic Episodes, Bipolar Disorder, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Panic Disorder and Panic Attacks. I previously have received treatment since i was a child im now 26 i have been placed upon countless medications threw the years however currently im unable to afford the mental health services however is there anyway you could give me advice upon in what i could do at home?

My sister has mental retardation and I want to claim 80DD tax claim towards her treatment. It is difficult to take her to any hospital as she fears hospital atmosphere, if there is any registered neurologist who can visit home & check her & give this form 10-IA certificate it will be great. For as long as I can remember, I have had the intense drive to die. The feeling is pervasive and is accompanied by anhedonia, alexithymia, chronic pain, intense boredom, self harm, risky behaviors, and intense loneliness. I have trouble communicating with others. I often can feel anger and nothing but anger, even after a mood shift. My moods shift far more rapidly than my peers. I have difficulty concentrating, and often suffer nightmares. I have called the hotline and been told to kill myself.

I got shot in the head 2 years back and I also got into a car accident on August. I have PTSD, tinnitus, depression, and alot more... I visited 4 doctors so far and they told me to exercise, download an app and "sorry I can't give you anything". I'm done with docotors. I can get any drug that the docotors prescribe, from the streets for a little more money.
