Having sleep disturbance and anxiety about my marriage .... As I don't want to marriage the same person I loved before because he cheat on me ... And I can't forgive him

I cannot forget my memories which is hurting me. Just a remeberence makes me feel upset

I'm getting very angry with the people around me. I have taken an year off and am preparing for entrance tests to pursue medicine. And the only comment I get from the people around me is that I am a loser and can't become anything in life. It's bugging the shut out of me and it is very discouraging. It's affecting me very badly and I can't concentrate in my studies. It's affecting me mentally I feel like harming myself. I need advice.

How to get rid of constant thoughts of a person who was once a good friend but no longer is friend now, how to control my mind to stop overthinking about his thoughts and his deeds.It's been more than a 2 years , but even now those thoughts keep entering my mind, they cause mood swings and overthink about them .After some self improvement reading i could see a great change but still sometimes i get lost in them , sometimes i feel confident and again feel sad . Please suggest your advice over it

My spouse won't turn up for psychiatric cosiultation. However, I strongly feel that see needs care. Can I get consultation for my spouse from a doctor in my spouse's absence? How do I make my spouce to visit a consultant? I am very worried because my spouse ,lately, have been talking of suicide.
