I pull my lashes and eyebrows I want to get rid off this I am so frustrated help me

Dear madam, Aa I informed you earlier my wife is gone to her native place for urgent work and not ever try to contact me... I also don't want to reach out but cannot control myself did call. But not get positive reply.. Shall I continue try to call her or avoid till she give me call back or proper response

I'm having a problem called OverThinking. i'm thinking continously about a small thing and feeling depressed.even about a dream too.If i got a bad dream i'm thinking about that dream for 2 days because it is a early morning dream. i studied somewhere that early morning dreams can become true. over thinking killing my happiness. i'm lack of self confidence

Iam eng student i have no bestfrnd till last year but i met a girl and she became bestfrnd from last 10 mnths we share everything with out any secret btwn us but last week she met her old frnds and she spent her time with them on phone so i got angry and sadness she realized but she told they also imp i cried a lot then she reduced talking to me and she said how can u live aftr two years without me and then she said i will reduce chating talking no phone calls but i canot so what to do

Hi, For about 6 months now I've been struggling with anxiety. Lately, a lot of significant stresses have been going on, to the point where I'm having panic attacks at least every couple days (much more frequent than usual), and even small things are enough to start pushing me over the edge. Recently, when I start feeling overwhelmingly anxious, my breathing gets labored and my chest kind of constricts inwards; very recently causing a sharp, lingering pain in my sternum. Should I be concerned?

My sister is going with some depression problem. Everything she forgot shouting loudly beating child etc
